Q: How do I redeem my STi Prepaid
card? On Your Site?
A: You redeem your STi Prepaid Card
within your game or interactive service, not on our site - just look for the
STi brand wherever you purchase currency within your game. Click on
the logo, fill in the 2 boxes and activate the card – it’s easy, secure and
fast.
Q: Is there an additional fee to use
an STi Prepaid Card?
A: No, we don’t charge any extra
fees above the face value of the card. Because the STi Prepaid Card
has a higher transaction cost than some alternatives such as credit cards, some
online publishers may elect to provide less virtual currency for the amount, as
they often do with Premium SMS.
Q: Can I use part of the STi Prepaid
Card to make calls and then some for currency?
A: No, you have to use the entire
card for currency. Once you have made calls with the card, it will not
have enough balance on it to buy currency, plus calling fees may be levied.
Q: Can I purchase cards directly
from you?
A: STi Prepaid cards are already
available at over 200,000 local convenience and grocery stores but you can also
purchase them online from a variety of sites, including STi's own site at www.stiprepaid.com
Q: Will I need more than one card
for a game?
A: This is dependent upon the game
you choose to play or the currency you intend to buy. STi Prepaid
cards are generally sold with a face value of $5.
Q: Can I change my mind after I have
redeemed a card?
A: No. All STi Card sales are final
per the STi Prepaid Card Terms of Service
Q: Can I split the value of a card
among games?
A: No. The entire balance will
be used during the transaction.

A: The list is growing all the time,
but the easiest way is to look for the STi logo within your game where you purchase currency

A: No. STi Prepaid cards are not
refundable or convertible back into cash.

A: Your STi Prepaid Card must be
redeemed 90 days from the date you purchased it

A: You can buy any STi
Prepaid card (except the few rechargeable ones or ones which say No Value Until Purchased), and use it for any game where you see
the STi logo displayed in the game.
Q: Can I recharge an STi Prepaid
Card?
A: No, the cards are for one time
use only, and you can not use the STi cards that are marked as Rechargeable
on the front.

my local convenience or grocery store. Where else can I buy them?.
A: Please try asking the cashier if there are STi cards behind the counter. With over 800 versions, there usually are a few different ones available – see some examples of the more popular ones here. Or buy them at STi's web site www.stiprepaid.com.
